Job summary

Wis-Pak in Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support loading and unloading trucks, operate forklift and pallet-building equipment, and maintain accurate documentation in a safe, clean environment.

You will use barcode scanners and computer systems to track inventory, follow GMP and food-safety guidelines, and collaborate with a team to meet peak production needs while operating in temperatures typical of warehouse settings.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation and safety training preferred.
• Basic computer and scanner proficiency required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Team-oriented with strong organization and prioritization under pressure.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warm environments.
• Overtime may be required during peak production periods.

  About the Role

  As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in our logistics and distribution operations. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation--all while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
