The fast-paced position of Warehouse Customer Service Associate is simple – you must be self-motivated, dependable, and willing to create an overall great experience for our customers by going the extra mile. You have the opportunity of working with our amazing employees and customers throughout the business day; therefore, exceptional customer service skills are non-negotiable. This role will keep you on your feet (literally), this is a labor-intensive position, and you will be on your feet for most of the business day lifting, loading and unloading material consistently. The responsibilities of this role are diverse but will focus on receiving and restocking various building materials such as windows, doors, cabinets, interior molding, and stair parts, helping customers with pickup, picking orders for deliveries, and cleaning the warehouse.

This job operates in a warehouse and lumber yard environment with regular exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and outdoor weather conditions. This role requires the safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment while working in a fast-paced setting.
This role requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials weighing up to 50-100 pounds. This role requires regular standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching for extended periods of time.
The standard schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 9:30am until 7:00pm with alternating Saturday shifts. Due to the nature of the role, occasional overtime may be required, making schedule flexibility important.
