Wis-Pak, Inc. in Hattiesburg, MS is seeking a Production Lead to oversee shift operations, train staff, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across the line.

You’ll manage changeovers, enforce PPE and GMP standards, maintain cost-effective production, and coordinate with other departments for daily updates and continuous improvement. You’ll also drive housekeeping, material usage, and adherence to schedule while communicating clearly with team leads and supervisors to keep operations

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate in English.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Able to operate a forklift and pass the license test.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.

• Maintain low-cost, high-quality production practices.
• Ensure proper use of raw materials and promotional items.
• Enforce safety standards and PPE usage.

• Communicate frequently with employees to prevent errors and promote teamwork.
• Collaborate with other departments and provide daily updates to incoming shift leads and supervisors.
• Support coding, recycling, housekeeping, and personal training initiatives.

Pay range: $24.90/hour + $1.75 Shift Differential

About the Role

• Forklift operation skills and the ability to pass the Forklift Operators License test.
• Physical ability to walk or stand for long periods, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work in temperatures ranging from 60-90F or more
