QPS Employment Group is seeking a Warehouse Worker for a Whitewater, WI location. The role involves receiving, inspecting, and documenting shipments, picking and packing orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

This entry-level position offers first shift hours 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with potential for hire after a successful probation period. Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required, and forklift certification can be obtained if needed.

• Report damaged items, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to leadership.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory as needed.

Position Title: Warehouse Wage: $18.00 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm (Mon-Fri) QPS Employment Group has a great Warehouse position available at a company in Whitewater, WI. This is a 1st position with the opportunity for hire.

Warehouse Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling, counting, and recordkeeping.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Report damaged items, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to leadership.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory as needed.

Warehouse Requirements:

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification (if applicable).
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
