Job summary

Alliance Door Products is seeking a Warehouse associate to support daily material flow, inventory, picking, loading, packaging, and staging of doors and related products. You will help ensure accurate order fulfillment and efficient warehouse operations across shifts.

The role requires standing all day, manual lifting up to 50 pounds (70 occasional), forklift experience, and a dependable, detail-oriented work ethic. Training hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, followed by the listed schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior successful warehouse experience preferred.
• Previous experience operating a sit-down and reach forklift is preferred.
• Hard-working, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Special preference given to candidates with experience loading and packaging palletized freight.
• Able to stand (8-9 hrs per day), walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Able to regularly lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift items up to 70 pounds.
• Collaborate in team lifts for objects between 70 and 150 pounds and maneuver items weighing up to 150 pounds.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test, including marijuana.

Responsibilities

• Truck loading for outbound daily deliveries.
• Assist in the cycle count process.
• Prepare customer orders by pulling and packaging products per branch SOP.
• Prepares and packages intercompany product transfers.
• Deliver completed orders to the assigned staging area.
• Load customers will call orders.
• Identify damaged, lost, or missing products and notify the supervisor immediately.

ROLE

Our warehouse team drives the flow of product through our warehouse by warehousing new inventory and picking, loading, packaging, and staging doors and related products for our customers. If you have experience in warehouse operations, distribution, receiving, shipping, assembly, inventory, manufacturing, and forklift driving, your experience is relevant to this position.

TRAINING HOURS

Full-time, Monday through Friday. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Once training is completed

HOURS

Full-time, Monday through Friday. 10:30 AM- 7:00 PM

WAGE

$23.00- DOE an hour to start - With multiple wage increase opportunities within the first year

RESPONSIBILITIES
