Job summary

Alliance Door Products, LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to support inventory flow, order picking, loading, and packaging of doors and related products in Salt Lake City, UT. Training is full-time, Monday–Friday, with shift after training running 10:30 AM–7:00 PM.

Pay starts at $23.00 per hour with opportunities for raises within the first year. Candidate must have warehouse experience, be able to lift up to 50–70 pounds, and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Qualifications

• Prior successful warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating sit-down and reach forklifts preferred.
• Hard-working, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Able to stand and lift up to 70 pounds; able to handle up to 150 pounds with team lifts.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test, including marijuana.

Responsibilities

• Stock all warehouse bins.
• Truck loading for outbound daily deliveries
• Assist in the cycle count process.
• Prepare customer orders by pulling and packaging products per branch SOP.
• Prepares and packages intercompany product transfers.
• Deliver completed orders to the assigned staging area.
• Load customers will call orders.
• Identify damaged, lost, or missing products and notify the supervisor.

ROLE:

Our warehouse team drives the flow of product through our warehouse by warehousing new inventory and picking, loading, packaging, and staging doors and related products for our customers. If you have experience in warehouse operations, distribution, receiving, shipping, assembly, inventory, manufacturing, and forklift driving, your experience is relevant to this position.

HOURS:

TRAINING HOURS: Full-time, Monday through Friday. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Once training is completed

HOURS: Full-time, Monday through Friday. 10:30 AM- 7:00 PM

WAGE:

$23.00- DOE an hour to start - With multiple wage increase opportunities within the first year

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Stock all warehouse bins.
• Truck loading for outbound daily deliveries
• Assist in the cycle count process.

• Prepares and packages intercompany product transfers.
• Deliver completed orders to the assigned staging area.
• Load customers will call orders.

CORE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior successful warehouse experience preferred.
• Previous experience operating a sit-down and reach forklift is preferred.
• Hard-working, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Special preference given to candidates with experience loading and packaging palletized freight.
• Able to stand (8-9 hrs per day), walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Able to regularly lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift items up to 70 pounds.
• Collaborate in team lifts for objects between 70 and 150 pounds and maneuver items weighing up to 150 pounds.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test, including marijuana.
