Job summary

Paycom in Colorado Springs is seeking a warehouse associate to assist in loading, unloading, stocking and sequencing products while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

The role involves building loads from load sheets, meeting in-house per-hour targets, inspecting goods for saleable condition, and safely operating forklifts and pallet jacks. It is physically demanding with standing, walking and lifting duties daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift and ride-on electric pallet jack experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing, walking, lifting 20–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pull product and build each load directly from the load sheet as soon as available.
• Ensure pallets are built according to in-house cases per hour target for all orders.
• Ensure loads (keg routes, hotshots, package routes, special events, etc.) are done accurately and neatly.
• Visually inspect all cases loaded to ensure they are in saleable condition.
• Load the product on each truck properly to prevent damage.
• Review each completed load and verify counts without moving any product.
