Now Hiring: Warehouse Operations Associate

Pay: Negotiable based on experience

Schedule: Generally 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with flexibility to support field needs

Position Type: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Reports To: Logistics Manager

We're seeking a dependable, organized Warehouse Operations Associate to manage tools and materials, maintain accurate inventory, and support jobsite deliveries for electrical construction projects.

What You'll Do

• Receive, verify, store, and stage tools and materials for project teams.
• Coordinate deliveries and safely operate company vehicles, including a one-ton truck.
• Track inventory movements and transactions in COINS and Quickbase.
• Inspect tools, perform minor repairs when qualified, and coordinate maintenance, calibration, and inspections.
• Document incoming freight, report damage or discrepancies, and process goods receipt notes.
• Coordinate vehicle service and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
