Job summary

Spiegelworld’s Wardrobe Supervisor role for Absinthe at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas requires overseeing all wardrobe operations, attending rehearsals, and cueing during shows to preserve costume integrity. You will manage fittings, repairs, and wardrobe tracking, while coordinating with production teams to ensure a smooth tech process.

Qualifications

• Must have valid work authorization for the US.
• Experience in wardrobe/costume operations preferred.
• Ability to sew, fit, alter and repair costumes as needed.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to support performances.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and integrate the costume designer’s concepts for the production.
• Assist with wardrobe operations: sewing, fittings, alterations, painting, dyeing.
• Inspect and repair all costume pieces to preserve long-term integrity.
• Order and track expendables and equipment for wardrobe.
• Assist performers with wardrobe and quick changes during shows.
• Attend special costume sessions when appropriate.
• Ensure correct costume wear by performers per design.
• Collaborate with other departments to run performances and rehearsals.
• Communicate with Production Manager and Resident Designer to maintain show integrity.
