Job summary

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, Nevada, is seeking a Wardrobe Manager to oversee the daily Wardrobe Department operations, uniforms management, and vendor coordination. The role requires enforcing company standards, budget adherence, and staff development to ensure consistent quality in attire for Team Members.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, purchasing and inventory control knowledge, and experience with MS Office and database management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years management experience.
• Some college level courses in business administration or in fashion design preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with department managers, Team Members, and the general public.
• Computer proficiency with knowledge of MS Office products and database management.
• Able to prioritize work-load and multi-task.
• Knowledge of purchasing and inventory control.
• Knowledge of garment and fabric care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day operation of the Wardrobe Department, including staff schedule and special projects.
• Manages uniforms: upkeep, replacements, and labeling for accurate inventory.
• Maintains garment inventory records and controls.
• Liaises with uniform vendors and manages purchase orders and approvals.
• Plans budgets, evaluates variances, and reports to management.
• Recruits, hires, and trains wardrobe staff; conducts performance reviews.
