Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Six or more months of related experience and/or training required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with garment requests and wardrobe counter duties, including dry cleaning and rental orders.
• Document requests and handle complaints.
• Receive, sort, store, and distribute dry cleaned and rental uniforms.
• Take accurate body measurements and communicate to sewers for alterations.
• Maintain organized inventory records and participate in weekly cycle counts.
