Job summary

Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage is seeking a detail-oriented Uniform Clerk to manage issuance, inventory, and coordination of cleaning and rental programs. The role requires organizational skills and basic computer proficiency to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities include replenishing stock, using PeopleSoft and InvoTech for records, and performing fittings for new team members while ensuring safety guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Organizational skills and basic computer skills required.
• Administrative experience preferred.
• Experience using PeopleSoft and InvoTech software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Replenishes stock to established par levels and places replenishment requisitions.
• Maintains uniform inventory in the Uniform Inventory Software System; records issuance, returns, and disposal.
• Compiles information and submits reports in Excel format as needed.
• Distributes wardrobe items to Team Members per policies and procedures.
• Follows safety and health guidelines.
• Coordinates dry cleaning and rental uniform programs.
• Handles lost and found items per procedure.
• Keeps wardrobe shop, work areas, machines, tools, and equipment clean and operable.
• Ensures supplies are stocked as needed.
• Performs uniform fittings during New Team Member processing.
