Job summary

Beartooth Billings Clinic in Red Lodge, MT seeks a Full Time Non-Patient Care Clinical Support to transcribe physician orders into the EHR, assemble and maintain patient charts, and handle calls and scheduling. You will work under supervision with a team of providers, nurses, technicians and patients.

This role requires medical assistant certification or CNA license and CPR certification (or ability to obtain in 90 days), with strong independent reasoning and adaptability to changing priorities.

Purpose and Scope of Position

This position is responsible for clerical support for surgery, endoscopy and infusion under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures. In doing so, transcribes physician orders into the electronic health record (EHR), assembles and maintains patient charts, answers telephone calls, and schedules procedures in the EHR.

This position interacts with providers, nurses, technicians, and patients.
