Compensation: $16.00-$21.00/Hr

How do our Service Billers Drive Impact?

• Support our service team by assisting with warranty knowledge and information.
• Contact extended warranty companies for claim approval.
• Check vehicle and Repair Order (RO) information for compliance.
• Ensure accurate technician repair documentation (cause, concern, and correction).
• Book tickets after customer departure and confirm payment receipt.
• Assist in processing P2P (Open Invoice) payable system.
• Follow and complete the rental process, including cleanliness, daily updates, and damage claims.
• Write-up and close Pre-Delivery vehicles.
• Coordinate pick-up and delivery of internal vehicles.

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience interacting with customers and providing positive experiences.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work with urgency.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); preference for intermediate skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• This position requires mobility around the dealership, including sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting. Environmental conditions may include noise, vibration, paint, dust, exhaust fumes, and other materials, as well as extreme temperatures.
