Compensation:

$17.00 - $19.00/hr

How Do Our Billers Drive Impact?

• Support the corporate finance department with various responsibilities, including:
• Keeping vehicle inventory records up to date, recording retail new, used, wholesale, and internal car sales
• Interacting with store personnel to resolve issues
• Emptying daily correspondence containers from the store (the bucket)
• Monitoring schedules and verifying accuracy
• Managing inventory schedules, trade payoffs, cash down, internal transactions, and wholesale receivables

We're Looking For:

• Billing experience in the automobile industry is preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented multi-tasker
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good time management skills, punctuality, reliability, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to move and walk around the corporate office and other Walser locations; sitting, standing, reaching, and bending within a cubicle/desk area
