Job summary

Dr. Squatch is seeking a Senior Manager for Walmart Supply Chain & Operations in Bentonville, AR. You will own the end-to-end operational engine for the $200M+ Walmart business, leading forecasting, replenishment, and order-to-cash execution.

You will maintain a direct working relationship with Walmart’s Replenishment Managers and partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Ops to scale business precision. This role reports to the Head of Mass Channel, is full-time with benefits, and requires

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
MBA is a plus.
7+ years in CPG supply chain, retail ops, or O2C with Walmart experience preferred.
Deep fluency in Walmart systems and tools listed above.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain direct relationship with Walmart Replenishment Managers; flag risks and surface supply constraints.
Lead bi-weekly demand planning for Walmart for new items and deletions.
Own OTIF, fill-rate, replenishment, and in-stock metrics with daily scorecards.
Partner with Finance on S&OP inputs and revenue forecast accuracy.
Support markdown management and accrual accuracy for line extensions.
Oversee item setup and maintenance across core product data systems and ERP integration.
Manage Retail Link, Scintilla, and SP1 accounts (setup, catalog, reporting).
Monitor PO intake via EDI (850/855/810) and coordinate with ERP teams.
