The ideal candidate will forecast demand, analyze performance, manage replenishment metrics, monitor inventory health, and provide actionable insights for executive leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Walmart supplier business.
• Extensive experience with Walmart reporting and replenishment systems.
• Advanced proficiency with Scintilla, Retail Link, and Supplier One.
• Strong forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working directly with Walmart distribution center inventory and replenishment processes.

Responsibilities

• Forecast sales volume and inventory requirements across Walmart and Sam's Club accounts.
• Manage replenishment performance and inventory flow across distribution centers.
• Analyze sales trends, forecast accuracy, in-stock performance, and inventory positions.
• Utilize Walmart systems including Retail Link, Scintilla, Supplier One, and related reporting tools.
• Monitor seasonal programs, modular transitions, item launches, and promotional events.
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting sales, inventory, and service levels.
• Evaluate large datasets and transform insights into actionable recommendations.
• Track KPIs including in-stock percentage, weeks of supply, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and sales trends.
• Partner with sales, supply chain, operations, and executive leadership teams.
• Communicate proactively with retailer contacts regarding replenishment and inventory opportunities.
• Support new item launches, line reviews, and category growth initiatives.
• Prepare recurring sales and performance reporting for leadership.
