Description and Requirements

As a Retail Specialist at Premium, you’ll ensure Premium’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts executing retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

What will you do?

• Locate merchandise in Walmart backrooms and place products on the floor.
• Stock and pack out products for shoppers.
• Front face products for optimal shelf appearance.
• Receive and bring promotional materials to the store.
• Install promotional materials as per instructions.
• Build displays to showcase client products.
• Use field technology on your mobile device to answer questions and take photos of completed work.
• Represent Premium and its clients in assigned Walmart stores.
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates.
• Communicate with your manager via email, phone, and text.

How will you succeed?

• Own your store(s) and build relationships with Walmart staff.
• Work independently while maintaining a professional extension of Walmart.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and Premium team members.
• Leverage support and share best practices via social media groups and communication channels.
• Seek help from Premium’s Operations Support Center when needed.
• Complete work within the designated timeframe.
• Follow detailed instructions carefully.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Report your work on the same day of completion.
