Job summary

Mad Engine Global is seeking an experienced VP of Planning to lead retail and inventory planning for our U.S. Wholesale business.

This executive will drive forecasting, inventory optimization, assortment planning, and strategic decision-making to maximize sales, margin, and inventory productivity. This role requires deep experience in Walmart, apparel, and high-volume retail, with a proven ability to turn complex data into actionable growth strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of retail/merchandise planning or inventory management experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep expertise in forecasting, open-to-buy, inventory and assortment planning.
• Strong understanding of POS, sales, margin, sell-through and inventory KPIs.
• Advanced Excel and planning/ERP systems proficiency.
• Licensed and/or branded apparel experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities
