SellCord in Bentonville, AR is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support growth for OnShelf, our Walmart Marketplace unit. This hybrid role focuses on sustaining client relationships, onboarding new brand partners, and driving business development activities.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, set up dashboards and data flows, and serve as the main contact for clients. Regular travel to meet with clients and participate in Walmart and Sam’s Club initiatives is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and grow client relationships.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with Walmart or Sam’s Club ecosystems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, manage, and grow client relationships focusing on Walmart and Sam’s Club.
• Understand client goals, product lines, and category strategies.
• Set up dashboards and data integrations (Retail Link, Nova, Scintilla).
• Serve as main contact for client communications and escalations.
• Maintain partnerships and align on business priorities.
• Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities.
• Monitor account health, sales, inventory, and replenishment metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate with Walmart buyers and replenishment partners when appropriate.
• Track KPIs related to sales performance and operational metrics.
