Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Rick Shipman Construction is looking for qualified superintendents to join our team for construction projects across the country. We are licensed in 49 states.

Our project superintendents and project managers work as a team to ensure quality services for our clients. They coordinate and supervise work onsite, including subcontractor activity, safety, and scheduling. Superintendents interact with our clients regularly and are vital to a project’s success.

At Rick Shipman Construction, our Superintendents are responsible for successfully completing the project. As the leader on our construction sites, the Superintendent helps to attain profit goals, ensure workplace safety, and work to exceed our client's expectations while promoting a positive company image.

Qualifications

• Walmart & Sam's Club experience
• Strong organizational and people skills
• Proactive leadership skills
• Understanding and navigating plans and specifications for each project
• Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging work environment.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of commercial construction
• A thorough knowledge of all trades

Superintendents must have a valid driver’s license and will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening before employment is offered.
