Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience managing Walmart remodels, expansions, or ground-up construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of occupied retail construction and phased project execution.
• Experience coordinating sitework, structural, concrete, MEP systems, and interior finishes.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors while maintaining schedule and quality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Coordinate project schedules, inspections, deliveries, and site logistics in active retail environments.
• Maintain look-ahead schedules, daily reports, RFIs, punch lists, and quality control documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with project plans, specifications, Walmart standards, and company expectations.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies while promoting a strong safety culture on-site.
• Coordinate structural, concrete, steel, MEP, and finish trades to maintain project milestones.
• Work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, inspectors, and Walmart representatives.
• Resolve field issues quickly to minimize delays and maintain aggressive retail construction schedules.
• Manage project turnover, final inspections, and closeout activities.
