• Demonstrated leadership experience managing large, complex customer businesses and partnerships with national retailers.
• Extensive knowledge of omnichannel retail, ecommerce, and category management.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to build long-term strategic customer partnerships that drive profitable growth.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and executive relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual Walmart Joint Business Plan aligned to Edgewell's priorities and Walmart's growth agenda.
• Lead the Walmart Commercial organization and cross-functional partners to drive sales, profitability, and market share.
• Identify growth opportunities across stores, Walmart.com and omnichannel initiatives.
• Lead negotiations on assortment, pricing, merchandising, promotions, and investments.
• Forecast and manage the customer P&L in partnership with Demand Planning and Finance.
• Foster executive relationships across Walmart leadership to deepen the strategic partnership.
