Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a qualified wallpaper installer to prepare walls, install wallpaper, and perform repairs on various interior surfaces. The role includes planning and coordinating wallpaper projects, and training the wallpaper team to meet schedules and quality standards.

The candidate will train and supervise team members, maintain records, and ensure safety practices while handling hand and power tools and wallpaper equipment.

Job Description

To proficiently prepare wall surfaces for the installation of wallpaper, install wallpaper, and perform wallpaper repairs. Work on various interior surfaces of a building with various types of commercial wallpaper. Plan, coordinate, schedule, and assign wallpaper jobs. Train and provide work direction to the wallpaper team members.

Essential Skill/Knowledge Functions

• 1. Work to meet the schedules for wallpaper tam and its deadlines.
• 2. Follow and implement the assignments to ensure prompt completions
• 3. Review work in progress
• 4. Use hand and power tools skillfully and safely
• 5. Use all tools materials, and equipment required for each assignment with care
• 6. Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with supervisor, co-works and our customers.
• 7. Maintain material, job and personal records.
• 8. Have a working knowledge in the equipment related to the task of hanging wallpaper
• 9. Ensure wallpaper installation is installed properly and within industry standards.
• 10. Understand and perform proper wall surface preparations prior to wallpaper installation.

Essential Administrative Functions

• 1. Assist, if needed, in center/agency surveys (Licensure / JCAHO) and any subsequently required reports.
• 2. Attend and participate in continuing educational programs to keep abreast of changes in your field as well as to maintain current license/certification, as required.
• 3. Attend and participate in mandatory in-services.

• 5. Comply with corporate compliance program.
• 6. Report job-related functions/tasks that involve occupational hazards.

• 8. Follow established safety procedures when performing tasks and/or working with equipment.
• 9. Perform other related duties as necessary and as directed by the supervisor.

Other Considerations and Requirements

This is a position that requires you to be on your feet and partner is not required to do extensive physical exertion. A partner is rarely required to do any lifting. Partner typically able to sit, stand and walk, as needed.
