Job summary

PruittHealth in Norcross, GA is seeking a Lead Wallpaper Hanger to prepare wall surfaces, install wallpaper, and perform repairs on commercial interiors. You will plan, coordinate, schedule, and assign wallpaper jobs and train the wallpaper team.

This role requires hands-on expertise with hand and power tools, for ensuring quality installations that meet industry standards. You will supervise the crew, review work in progress, and maintain records of materials and equipment.

Job Description:

To proficiently prepare wall surfaces for the installation of wallpaper, install wallpaper, and perform wallpaper repairs.Work on various interior surfaces of a building with various types of commercial wallpaper.Plan, coordinate, schedule, and assign wallpaper jobs. Train and provide work direction to the wallpaper team members.

Essential Skill/Knowledge Functions:

• Oversee and organize work schedules for wallpaper crew or crews to meet deadlines.
• Implement priority assignments to ensure prompt completions
• Review work in progress
• Use hand and power tools skillfully and safely
• Secure all tools materials, and equipment required for each assignment
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with supervisor, co-works and our customers.
• Maintain material, job and personal records.
• Be proficient in different equipment related to the task at hand in hanging wallpaper
• Ensure wallpaper installation is installed properly and within industry standards.
• Understand and perform proper wall surface preparations prior to wallpaper installation.

Essential Administrative Functions:

• Assist, if needed, in center/agency surveys (Licensure / JCAHO) and any subsequently required reports.
• Attend and participate in continuing educational programs to keep abreast of changes in your field as well as to maintain current license/certification, as required.
• Attend and participate in mandatory in-services.

• Past machine, and hand tools used for the purpose of hanging wallpaper

Other Considerations and Requirements:

This is a position that requires you to be on your feet and partner is not required to do extensive physical exertion.Partner is rarely required to do any lifting.Partner typical able to sit, stand and walk, as needed.
