Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Wallpaper Hanger to proficiently prepare wall surfaces, install wallpaper, and perform repairs. You will plan, coordinate, schedule, and assign wallpaper jobs while training and directing the wallpaper team at multiple sites.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to follow safety guidelines, and effective communication with supervisors and customers. This is a full-time onsite position.

Description

Job Description:

To proficiently prepare wall surfaces for the installation of wallpaper, install wallpaper, and perform wallpaper repairs.Work on various interior surfaces of a building with various types of commercial wallpaper. Plan, coordinate, schedule, and assign wallpaper jobs. Train and provide work direction to the wallpaper team members.

Essential Skill/Knowledge Functions:

1. 1.Work to meet the schedules for wallpaper tam and its deadlines.
2. 2.Follow and implement the assignments to ensure prompt completions
3. 3.Review work in progress
4. 4.Use hand and power tools skillfully and safely
5. 5.Use all tools materials, and equipment required for each assignment with care
6. 6.Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with supervisor, co-works and our customers.
7. 7.Maintain material, job and personal records.
8. 8.Have a working knowledge in the equipment related to the task of hanging wallpaper
9. 9.Ensure wallpaper installation is installed properly and within industry standards.
10. 10.Understand and perform proper wall surface preparations prior to wallpaper installation.

Essential Administrative Functions:

1. 1.Assist, if needed, in center/agency surveys (Licensure / JCAHO) and any subsequently required reports.
2. 2.Attend and participate in continuing educational programs to keep abreast of changes in your field as well as to maintain current license/certification, as required.
3. 3.Attend and participate in mandatory in-services.
