Job summary

Apple is seeking a design-minded Engineering Project Manager for the Wallet & Apple Pay PMO. You will manage projects and support roadmap execution for Wallet client engineering teams, focusing on delivering the UI and experiences that bring Wallet capabilities to life.

You will partner with engineering managers, Human Interface producers, and cross-functional groups to drive scoping, planning, and execution, ensuring features launch on time and with high quality for hundreds of millions of

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in a technical software development environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional work streams across engineering, design, and quality to deliver high quality features.
• Experience in regulated or high-consequence domains with compliance, security, or bank/financial‑partner review gates.
• Proven ability to proactively identify risks, drive decision-making, and unblock teams.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate technical ambiguity, triage development bugs, and drive cross-functional decision-making under minimal supervision.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and manage the development of features and release of Wallet UI and experiences.
• Partner with design and engineering milestones, ensuring design assets land in time to keep development on schedule.
• Coordinate cross-functional work streams spanning engineering, design, and quality, and represent program status to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactively surface risk, drive timely decisions, and unblock teams through privacy, security, and partner review cycles.
• Own release quality and stability commitments for the Wallet client UI, balancing engineering constraints against design fidelity and timeline.
