Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an Engineering Project Manager for the Wallet & Apple Pay PMO in New York City.

You will drive scoping, planning, and execution of key Wallet initiatives, coordinating design deliverables with engineering milestones and ensuring timely, high-quality launches. You will partner with engineering managers, Human Interface designers, and cross-functional teams to manage risk, unblock teams, and maintain release quality across a complex UI stack.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in a technical software development environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional work streams across engineering, design, and quality to deliver high quality features at large scale.
• Experience managing feature delivery in regulated or high-consequence domains with compliance, security, or partner review gates.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate technical ambiguity and drive cross-functional decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Wallet UI engineers to plan, track, and manage feature development and releases.
• Partner with Humans Interface producers and designers to align design deliverables with engineering milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional streams across engineering, design, and quality; report status to stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify risks early, drive timely decisions, and unblock teams during privacy, security, and partner review cycles.
• Own release quality and stability commitments for the Wallet UI, balancing engineering constraints and design fidelity.
