Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Builder for a contract to hire role in West Fargo, ND. This position involves building wall panels and wooden trusses in a busy manufacturing environment, using hand and power tools to assemble components.

You'll read measurements, cut materials, and work with a team to meet daily production goals while following safety procedures. Shift runs Monday–Friday, with hours around 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the pay range is $21.50–$26.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Construction experience in framing or similar roles.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Proficiency with hammers, nail guns, and common tools.
• Physically capable of standing, lifting, and repetitive motions for long shifts.
• Experience working in a team in construction/manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wall panels and wooden trusses using hand and power tools.
• Swing a hammer for extended periods to drive metal plates into trusses.
• Work at truss tables ~3 feet high, stepping on/off as needed.
• Read measurements and cut materials to specification.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and tools.
