Job summary

Environmental Air Systems in High Point, NC, seeks a Component Team Member to assemble modular mechanical components in our fabrication shop. The role focuses on bolting, blueprint interpretation, and installing panels, ductwork, and architectural walls.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read blueprints, interpret specs, and assemble modular components.
• Experience setting up machinery and performing routine maintenance in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of safety rules and use of hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up machinery and equipment for manufacturing processes.
• Ensure equipment is in proper working condition and meets safety standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery as needed.
• Interpret and understand technical blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Use blueprints to guide component fabrication and assembly.
• Communicate discrepancies to team lead.
• Assemble and install architectural wall systems per project requirements.
• Ensure precise measurements and alignment of wall components.
• Collaborate with team members to create visually appealing and functional wall structures.
