Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels per designs and schedules.
• Unload and organize lumber, plates, and supplies to maintain inventory and efficiency.
• Pull correct plates and hardware from inventory as needed.
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions before and during assembly.
• Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and structural integrity of components.
• Install plates and secure with hammers and hydraulic press systems.
• Lift and stack finished trusses/panels safely and accurately.
• Inspect for defects and rework as needed before marking and banding.
• Band and label finished products for identification and tracking.
• Move materials to staging/shipping areas following safety procedures.
• Assist with equipment and work area cleaning; participate in safety meetings.
