Job summary

Sunbelt Modular, Inc. is seeking a Framer - Walls to construct and install wall framing systems for modular structures. You will read blueprints, ensure walls are aligned, square, and built to code and project specs.

This role requires significant physical activity: standing, lifting heavy materials, climbing, and working outdoors. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of construction experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year of relevant construction experience.
• This role requires reading and interpreting blueprints and building plans.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install wall studs, plates, and headers as per plans.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and construction drawings.
• Layout wall sections, including openings for doors and windows.
• Erect and secure wall frames, ensuring proper alignment and bracing.
• Install sheathing and other structural components as required.
• Inspect framing work for accuracy, quality, and code compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and follow safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
