Position Objective:

The Framer – Walls is responsible for constructing and installing wall framing systems for modular structures. This role ensures walls are properly aligned, structurally sound, and built in accordance with blueprints, building codes, and project specifications.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and assemble wall studs, plates, and headers
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and construction drawings
• Layout wall sections, including door and window openings
• Erect and secure wall frames, ensuring proper alignment and bracing
• Install sheathing and other structural components as required
• Inspect framing work for accuracy, quality, and code compliance
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

• Be very detail oriented and well organized

Requirements

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience
• Previous experience in construction
