WHITLEY MANUFACTURING CO INC is seeking a Framer - Walls to construct and install wall framing for modular structures. You will read blueprints, align framing accurately, and ensure compliance with building codes and project specs.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to work at heights, and attention to detail. You will use hand and power tools, install sheathing, and maintain a clean, safe worksite while collaborating with the crew.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of relevant construction experience.
• Experience in framing or carpentry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and assemble wall studs, plates, and headers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and construction drawings.
• Layout wall sections, including door and window openings.
• Erect and secure wall frames, ensuring alignment and bracing.
• Install sheathing and other structural components as required.
• Inspect framing work for accuracy and code compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
