Job summary

SMV MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Framer - Walls to construct and install wall framing systems for modular structures. You will ensure walls are aligned, sound, and built to blueprints, building codes, and project specs.

Typical duties include measuring, cutting, and assembling studs, plates, and headers; reading blueprints; erecting frames; installing sheathing; inspecting for quality and code compliance; and maintaining a clean site in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Layout wall sections, including door and window openings
• Erect and secure wall frames, ensuring proper alignment and bracing

The Framer - Walls is responsible for constructing and installing wall framing systems for modular structures. This role ensures walls are properly aligned, structurally sound, and built in accordance with blueprints, building codes, and project specifications.
