Job summary

SPECIALIZED STRUCTURES INC is seeking a Framer – Walls to construct and install wall framing systems for modular structures. You will ensure walls are aligned, sound, and built to blueprints and codes.

Responsibilities include measuring, cutting, laying out walls, erecting frames, installing sheathing, inspecting work for quality, and maintaining a safe, clean site. Prior construction experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1 year of relevant construction experience preferred.
• Experience in construction environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and assemble wall studs, plates, and headers.
• Read blueprints and layouts.
• Layout wall sections with door and window openings.
• Erect and secure wall frames.
• Install sheathing and other components as required.
• Inspect framing for accuracy, quality, and code compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
