Job summary

US LBM Holdings, LLC is seeking an experienced Assembly Lead to direct wall component assembly on both 1st and 2nd shifts. This role blends hands-on work with leadership of a small team, ensuring throughput meets production schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • High School education or equivalent required.
  • 4-6 years of industry experience / wall assembly required.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and operate basic hand tools and power equipment.
  • Overtime availability may be required and flexibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lay out wall component supplies and materials on carts or floor.
  • Stock plates for component set-up.
  • Assemble components under the direction of line leaders.
  • Load and band finished materials on carts/pallets.
  • Receive incoming products, commodities, and materials.
  • Maintain a neat and organized work area.
  • Assist in setting up the component assembly process.
  • Monitor production workflow and support other areas as needed.
  • Operate equipment necessary to the assembly process.
  • Adhere to safety rules and PPE usage.
  • Train employees on quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
