Job summary

US LBM Holdings, LLC is seeking a working lead for wall component assembly. You will direct a small team, lay out materials, and oversee the assembly process to ensure quality and timeliness. You will also train staff and uphold safety standards.

Candidates should have 4–6 years of wall assembly experience, read tape measures, and be willing to work overtime as needed. This is a first-shift/second-shift production role with potential for overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

  • High School education or equivalent work experience required.
  • 4–6 years of industry experience / wall assembly required.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure and use a hammer.
  • Available for overtime as needed.
  • Excellent teamwork & customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Directs the work of Assemblers who lay out wall component supplies and materials.
  • Lead a team of less than 10 associates, directing daily work assignments and coordinating activities in wall assembly.
  • Oversee the assembly process to meet quality standards and production schedules.
  • Operate equipment necessary to the assembly process.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment and follow safety procedures.
  • Provide training on quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
