Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Officer (Offline State Support) in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. You will handle walk-in and WhatsApp inquiries, resolve issues, and document interactions to ensure a consistent customer experience aligned with the bank’s standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, a BSc or HND, NYSC completion, and strong communication, problem-solving, and data logging skills to support nationwide operations and data privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in customer service or support.
• Bachelor's degree (BSc or HND) and NYSC completed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for walk-ins and WhatsApp groups.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers nationwide and respond to inquiries on WhatsApp platforms.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and high-quality responses to customer inquiries and service requests.
• Log all customer support requests accurately for tracking and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Regional/State Team Lead as required.
• Adhere to approved communication scripts, service guidelines, and procedures.
• Collect and document customer feedback to support improvements.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear communication.
• Maintain confidentiality and data privacy of customer information.
