Job summary

CorTech LLC in Industry, CA is seeking an Assembler / Production Associate to build premium walk-in tubs. You will install plumbing, jets, pumps, air systems, drains, faucets, and controls, following production specs and safety rules.

This hands-on role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to use hand and power tools. Overtime and weekend work may be needed to meet production schedules; dependability and steady attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, spa, bathtub components is a plus.
• Ability to read diagrams and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
• Ought to work overtime/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble walk-in tubs per production specs.
• Install jets, pumps, drains, fixtures and controls.
• Drill and prepare acrylic tub shells.
• Measure, cut, route, and connect tubing and plumbing.
• Apply sealants for watertight connections.
• Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools safely.
• Inspect assemblies and perform water tests.
• Identify and fix leaks or assembly issues.
