Job summary

Phoenix Futures is hiring a Night Support Worker for our Specialist Family Residential Service in Sheffield. You will work a 9pm–8am night shift, 3 nights on/3 nights off, providing safe supervision and supporting residents and their children in a residential setting.

The role requires reliability, integrity, and calmness in emergencies, with opportunities for training via PXL LMS and career development. The service is within a large Victorian building with on-site parking and good public

Qualifications

Night Support Worker role to cover night shifts (9pm–8am) within a residential service.
Must be awake and alert during shift; ability to stay calm during emergencies.
Experience in administrative procedures and keeping clear, accurate records.

Responsibilities

Ensure the safety of residents and the building.
Monitor and control access to the site and communicate concerns to the on-call manager.
Interact effectively with residents and colleagues; report incidents as required.
Maintain clear, accurate records and complete administrative tasks.
