Job summary

Fellowship Square is seeking a friendly Waitstaff / Server to serve residents with warmth and dignity at 2002 W Sunnyside, Phoenix. You will set tables, take orders, and deliver meals with care, ensuring comfort and a welcoming dining atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Ability to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ DPS).
• Food Handler’s Card required (or obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, attentive service to residents, guests, and team members.
• Set up dining room tables to create a welcoming environment.
• Take resident and guest orders and serve meals promptly with care.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Clear and clean tables to maintain a comfortable dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with residents, honoring their preferences and needs.
• Support a culture of respect, kindness, and hospitality in every interaction.
