Job summary

Fellowship Square in Mesa, AZ seeks a compassionate Certified Caregiver to deliver high-quality care to residents, assisting with daily activities while supporting health, safety, and well-being.

You will administer medications per care plans, monitor health, document changes, and collaborate with the care team and families. A strong, empathetic approach and prior assisted living experience are pluses.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Negative TB Test (submission required before starting).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Arizona Caregiver Certification.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications as outlined in residents' care plans.
• Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and eating.
• Observe and document residents' health, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Follow individualized care plans to meet each resident's unique needs.
• Provide companionship and encourage a positive environment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free living environment.
• Act quickly and appropriately in emergency situations.
• Work closely with colleagues and communicate with families about resident care.

Medication Administration

Deliver medications as outlined in residents’ care plans.

Daily Living Assistance

Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and eating.

Health Monitoring

Observe and document residents’ health, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.

Personalized Care

Follow individualized care plans to meet each resident’s unique needs.

Emotional Support

Provide companionship and encourage a positive environment.

Safety & Cleanliness

Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free living environment.

Emergency Response

Act quickly and appropriately in emergency situations.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with colleagues and communicate with families about resident care.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification Certification.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
