Job summary

Holiday by Atria - Manor at Oakridge in Harrisburg, PA is seeking friendly waitstaff to help residents dine well and feel at home. We offer paid holidays and PTO, annual rewards of $500 for full‑time staff, and a comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and a 401(k) match.

You will set and clear tables, take dining orders, review menus with residents, assist with meal preparation, delivery and cleanup, and foster teamwork and a positive dining atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.
• Effective verbal and written English communication required.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• No prior experience needed; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $12.00/hr - $14.40/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
