Job summary

Holiday by Atria - Simi Hills is seeking a Waitstaff to support dining services for residents. You will set and clear tables, take dining orders, and deliver excellent customer service in a community setting.

The position emphasizes teamwork, menu familiarization with residents, and assisting with meals, banquets, and events, while maintaining high cleanliness standards and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Effective verbal and written English skills.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• No experience required.
• On-the-job training - paid to train.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $16.90/hr - $20.28/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
