Job summary

Holiday by Atria - Kalama Heights in Hawaii is hiring waitstaff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents. You will set and clear tables, take orders, and assist with daily meal service and special events.

No prior experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided. The role emphasizes teamwork, resident engagement, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills are required.
• Effective verbal and written English skills are required.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices is required.
• No experience is needed for this role.
• On-the-job training – get paid to get trained!

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide high levels of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, and equipment used in the dining room.
