Job summary

Atria Senior Living in East Longmeadow, MA is seeking a Waitstaff to support dining services for residents. You will set and clear tables, take dining orders, and assist with meals and special events, while building strong teamwork with colleagues and residents.

No prior experience is required; paid on-the-job training is provided. The role offers a wage range of $15.00–$18.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills are required.
• Effective verbal and written English skills are expected.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• No prior experience needed for this role.
• On-the-job training – paid while you learn.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide high-quality service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with preparation, delivery, and cleanup of meals, banquets, and events.
• Foster teamwork with colleagues and build positive resident relationships.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and dining room equipment.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $15.00/hr - $18.00/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
