Job Summary

Take food and beverage orders and deliver items efficiently to guests.

Essential Duties

1. Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders following established service steps.
2. Deliver food promptly, maintain sanitation standards, and assist guests as needed.
3. Understand menu items and ingredients; advise guests on food and drink pairings; accommodate dietary restrictions.
4. Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests.
5. Maintain excellent communication, flexibility, and patience with guests and staff.
6. Handle tickets and cash transactions properly.
7. Keep the dining area clean, safe, and neat, adhering to sanitation standards.
8. Operate various equipment like fire extinguishers, coffee machines, etc.
9. Assist during special events and perform other duties as assigned.
