• Location: Wesley at Tehaleh - 17702 Cascadia Boulevard E, Bonney Lake, WA 98391
• Schedule: Part-time, flexible; days and hours may vary, including nights. More details upon interview.

Job Summary

Summary: Takes food and beverage orders and delivers them efficiently to guests in the dining room.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders following established service steps.
• Deliver food promptly, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and assist guests as needed.
• Understand menu items and ingredients; advise guests on food and drink pairings; accommodate special requests and dietary needs.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests.
• Maintain excellent communication and teamwork, remaining flexible and patient.
• Handle tickets and cash following proper procedures.
• Keep the dining environment clean, safe, and neat.
• Respect confidentiality regarding personal or medical information.
• Address guest complaints promptly and relay issues to supervisors.
• Prepare dining area before and after service, ensuring sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines.
• Collaborate with other departments during special events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
