• Schedule: Full and part-time; days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Details provided during interview.
• Requirement: Server experience required.

Job Summary

Take food and beverage orders and deliver promptly to guests, ensuring excellent service and sanitation standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take orders, and serve efficiently following service steps.
• Deliver food promptly, maintain safety and sanitation, and assist guests as needed.
• Understand menu items, advise guests, accommodate requests, and be aware of dietary needs.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure correct orders and special requests.
• Maintain excellent communication, patience, and flexibility with guests and staff.
• Handle tickets and cash accurately.
• Keep the dining area clean, safe, and organized.
• Operate equipment like coffee machines, fire extinguishers, etc.
• Assist during special events and perform other duties as assigned.
